Bitlocker Key required

Question

I will explain complete senario of the issue. I purchased this computer in Oct 2023. Then I switched on this pc for the first time on 20-Oct-2023. As it was fresh pc I got the message on the pc to register it with microsoft account. I registered the same with my email id: ******@gmail.com and activated the login account. Since then pc was working fine. Few days back pc received an update for Windows 11 since then it is aking for Bitlocker key and not allowing to reach to the desktop of the pc.

I tried to login on the registered account ******@gmail.com but there I cannot see this pc under devices. Which is strange. I have attached the screenshot of the mail where I received the access code for registering the pc.

 

I need your help to resolve this issue as this pc contains 8 months data. Pls find below screenshot.

Try to find the BitLocker recovery key referring to this link:

However, in my experience, BitLocker encryption may be automatically enabled on your computer after a major hardware change or an update, and the only solution is to upgrade your system or reinstall it.
