Student free access on Azure

I subscribed to give my students free access to use azure portal to practice creating resources etc I understand each learner can get 200 dollrs at the start and the 12 months free ? my question is How do i give my learners access to the azure portal ?

To sign up for the offer, students must affirm that they attend an accredited, degree-granting, two- to four-year university educational institution where they're a full-time student. They also need to verify their academic status through their organization's email address.
