Help with Microsoft Certification Renewal

Hi Everyone,

Would really appreciate some help. Basically I had a massive cardiac event back in January and have been in and out of hospital since and off work. I'm Planning on returning in July however I missed my renewal Date for my AZ-104 and AZ-700. I have evidence about my on-going cardiac investigations I just didn't know if there was anything I could do. My Renewal date for AZ-104 was 24 February 2024 and AZ-700 was 27 February 2024.
