Issue Regarding the activation of developer licenses E5

Question

I have completed AZ-204, PL-400 and few more certifications. But Power Platform E5 license can't be acquired as Microsoft Developer resources are not shown. I request you to activate my Developer Resources as well.

Hello Kiruthiga Sundararaj, in order to get the M365 E5 developer subscription, you need to have one of the qualified Visual Studio subscription types, be a part of the ISV Success program or be part of the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner program.
