My received emails are not showing up until i search them up. Is there a way to resolve this?

I have been sent several emails, with attachment (i don't know if this might affect the fix or not) which do not turn up on my feed unless i search them up. I know of these messages coming from one sender but there is a possibility that this involves other people. Is there a away to fix this?

I have restarted my outlook multiple times with no improvement. in addition,

  • The issues started on the 17-06-2024.
  • Both the desktop, web and phone are all the same
  • I have gone back and forth between focused and not, and i have also toggled on the conversations. No difference.
  • The new profile has the same issue
  • It is an exchange acct

    What do you mean about "do not turn up on my feed"? Do you mean that you can't find which folder the emails are in?

    If so, i understand that you can search the emails, you can place your cursor over the emails in the search results so you can see which folder they're in.
