Outlook Inbox - Moving an e-mail is now a TWO-STEP Process?

Starting yesterday, when I go to file (Move) an e-mail to a folder I now get a double prompt for the Move command to see the folder options. Before, I just had to hit Move once and got the folder options.

What is going on and how do I change it back to the previous (desired) behavior?

    Based on my tests, I had the same situation as you in my test environment. Now it combines the Rules, Send to OneNote, and Actions options into Move. It's by design. Changing this setting is not supported at this time.
