Hi there,

My company was approved for modified content filtering. However, it seems that we are not able to turn it off. The toggle button as described in point 5 here doesn't exist.

Thanks,

Polo

    Hi @Polo Sologub ,

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum!

Only approved customers have full content filtering control and can turn the content filters partially or fully off. Managed customers only can apply for full content filtering control via this form: Azure OpenAI Limited Access Review: Modified Content Filters. At this time, it is not possible to become a managed customer.

If your company was approved for modified content filtering but you are unable to turn it off, there could be a few reasons why the toggle button is missing. Here are some other possible causes and solutions:

    1. Ensure that you have the appropriate permissions to modify content filtering settings.
    2. Check if there are any issues with your account or subscription that might be preventing you from turning off content filtering.

I hope you understand! Thank you.
