Azure Registration Business license number

Question

I'm a newbie developer living in South Korea.

I want to learn Azure and .NET5 through MS's education page and it requires
Business license number
when I try to register region with South Korea.

Can I just put MS Korea's Business license number for just practice purpose?
Or you'll put me into jail if I do that?
