Upgrading Windows 10 to Windows 11

What is the best approach to upgrade all Windows 10 22h2 clients to Windows 11 23H2 via SCCM? Can I upgrade directly to Windows 11 23H2 or should I first upgrade to Windows 11 21H2 and then upgrade to 23H2?

Any advice would be appreciated.
