How to delete Image template in Creating state

I have one of the Image Template in my environment which build never completed successfully, it's been months now and still - Template provisioning state is showing as "Creating"
I am not able to delete this Image template, please suggest how can I delete it.

It's Azure Image Template, created using Image builder process.
This Image contains Vanilla flavor of OS with customized with Hardening and multiple vulnerability fix.
- Our Problem : While creating new Image due to network fluctuation (May be) image creation got stucked which happened 3-4 months before, and its still showing state as - "Creating" however state should be appeared as Completed or cancelled.
We only need to delete the Image however it won't delete until the build status is changed, or may be any script can help us.
