Pipeline is not getting executed successfully. After 2 hours pipeline fails with the error message :

Error thrown is an Azure general error.

"Hit unexpected exception, please retry. If the problem persists, please contact Azure Support"

At what point did this error occur? Did this happen on a specific activity, or did the pipeline not even start?
Checking the activity runs in the Azure portal might also provide more information about the issue.
Can you enable diagnostic logging for the pipeline to get more detailed information about the error?

Here are some steps you can take to resolve the issue:

Retry the operation after some time.

Check if there are any issues with the resources that the pipeline is using.
Check if there are any issues with the network connectivity between the resources.
