Microsoft startup packages

Question

Hi. We r a group of teenagers from Pakistan of ages 14 15. We have a project idea. Its a non profit service based project. We wanted to enlarge its scale by competing in eneterpreneurship competitions like imagine cup but we r currently underage. We have heard that microsoft offers free startup packages for companies at initial stage. I wanted to know is there any that also provides free access to azure sdk, as well as technical support so that we can incorporate it in our project and directly launch our project to the market without the dependance of competing in different competitions. If its is required we can share our service idea too. Or if microsoft gives us resources we can build a prototype and sell it to microsoft. Would be thankful for any such help.
