Microsoft Edge not syncen after profile migration (auth problem)

My customer has a problem with Microsoft Edge not syncing. In the current production environment they log in to Citrix VDI (1912 CU8) personal desktop and the operating system is Windows 10 21H2 (only domain joined). Everything functions there, Edge is signed in with their personal M365 account and sync status is ok. The page edge://sync-internals/ looks perfect as well as edge://signin-internals/.

The customer created a new image based in Windows 10 22H2. When we log on the old profile from 22H1 is copied to a new profile directory called 22H2, they use Citrix UPM. When we login and start Microsoft Edge we get the status that it is trying to sync. It never reaches synced.

Deleting AppData Edge user data folder than signed in manual again (automatic not working). Everything worked fine, but we cannot ask 100+ users to do this. I would have expected that it would automatically log in with a clean profile :S

What is think is the following. I don't have a correct authentication token (PRT?) and therefore I cannot log in to the server environment https://edge.microsoft.com/sync/v1/feeds/me/syncEntities to get access tokens for the Server Environment and therefore the synchronization does not work.

Anyone any idea?
