Ensure that the dwasmod.dll file is present within the repository and if it is missing, upload the dwasmod.dll file to the repository.
After uploading, recheck the App Service to verify if the issue is resolved. Double check that your web.config or appsettings.json files are correctly configured.
Verify that there are no missing or incorrect entries in these files, as misconfigurations can lead to errors.
- This seems to be an issue with the startup error and 500.30 is more generic error and this might be caused due to multiple reasons, please refer the document 500.30 In-Process Startup Failure.
- We would suggest you run the webapp down detector under diagnose and solve problems of your webapps to identify/understood the reason.
- You can also look at the Application event logs refer to this documentation on how to access application event logs or on how to troubleshoot the startup failures in Azure app service.
