Azure WebApp doesn`t start: Failed to load dwasmod.dll

I'm try to deploy asp.net 8 web application to azure web app.

Connecting to app I got

HTTP Error 500.30 - ASP.NET Core app failed to start

In application event logs I've found this error:

Failed to load dwasmod.dll

Source: ZipFS

Project works file on my laptop
