Purview DLP sharepoint and Onedrive: no action applied when match but the idea is to show the policy tips and the user notification email

Hello Team,

We are in process to implement DLP for Sharepoint and OneDrive.
We don't want to block sharing files that match the DLP, we just want that the policy tip is presented when it match the DLP.

Our objective before begin to block the sharing internal information, we want to make sure the end-users are aware about the policy tip and how internal data will be blocked to be shared externally.

Indeed, as you provided, the DLP custom policy tips will not be displayed in the share window. Because SharePoint is not designed to display DLP policy tips here. According to the official documentation, DLP policy tips will be displayed in these places:

Sorry, we currently do not have a way to modify where DLP policy tips are displayed.
