One of the voices we used (BlueNeural) seems to have been removed from our region, will it come back?

We have been using the Azure AI TTS voice en-US-BlueNeural for content creation, but just went to generate new content today and it seems to have been removed from our region (westUs).

This was a pleasing voice and for consistency we would really like to continue using this voice, is there any change that it will come back or there might be a way to keep using it?

    The neural voice en-US-BlueNeural(Neutral) is available in public preview. Voices and styles in public preview are only available in these service regions: East US, West Europe, and Southeast Asia.

    The en-US-BlueNeural (Neutral) voice is currently available exclusively in those regions. Therefore, please ensure to create an Azure resource within these regions. Currently, we don't have any ETA to share regarding its availability at west US region.
