My microsoft store isnt signed in and its not letting me sign in, when i try it says pur authentication error. I tried going in settings and i found for some reason my account was signed out and whenevr i tried signing back in it says 'Oops Failure' Pls h

I went to microsoft store to update an app but it said my account wasnt signed in i tried signing in but it didnt respond for like 5 minutes until it brought me a 'pur failure' message, so i tried checking my settings app to find that my account was signed out and when i tried to sign in it brought me a 'Correlation Id: ecbc96a7c27b0002be6cc9ec7bc2da01

Timestamp: 2024-06-21T05:53:46.511Z ', i looked it up and it says its something to do with my time but my laptop and phone have the same time and date so im confused whats going on because i can sign into a website with my phone but when try it on my pc it says wrong time? I also cant open any appx, appxinstaller files, i tried to update the app maybe and thats how everything started and all the apps i previously owned i had to 'get' again, i'd send a screenshot but even my snipping tool isnt run( it opens and closes immediately). PLEASE HELP ME

    Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot.

    Find and run the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter.

    ============

    Press Win + R to open the Run menu.

    Type wsreset.exe and press Enter. This will reset the Microsoft Store cache.

    ==========

    Go to Settings > Apps > Apps & features.

    Find Microsoft Store in the list and click on it.

    Click on Advanced options.

    Scroll down and click on Reset
