Have taking office 365 fundamentals and 365 administrator which i have not received my certificate i don't know why and am trying to contact Microsoft and nothing have been then about my situation. please is urgent.

Below your certification, click View certification details, next click Print button above your certificate, select Save as PDF, under More settings uncheck Headers and footers, etc.
