How to create an interactive chart from a Microsoft List in SharePoint and make the chart a Web Part in my SharePoint site?

Hi All,

I need to create a chart that connects to an existing list in my SharePoint. I came across a helpful post at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/create-a-chart-by-using-the-chart-web-part-d781ed6d-cbdd-4da9-a5bf-cf346c98db72, but it only explains how to use an Excel template to create a chart. I'm looking for guidance on how to use a Microsoft list instead.

I also attempted to create it using a "Quick Chart" web part, but it did not allow me to select the desired columns from an existing Microsoft List.

Is there a way to create a chart in Microsoft SharePoint using specific columns from an existing Microsoft list using Power Automate?

Kind Regards,
Tatiane

    Hi @Costa, Tatiane,

Thank you for posting in this community.

Based on the description of your question, I'm trying to get the Microsoft List item values and create charts in Power Automate. However, we can only email the created charts and cannot add the chart as a web part to the SharePoint page.

    Hi @Ling Zhou_MSFT

Thank you for the information. I did find something that is similar to what I'm looking for, but it I don't see the option called "Format the current view" in SharePoint Site. Any thought?

See the information I found in the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tw_Kw1QPIIY

    Kind Regards,
