I can't schedule an exam because i can't create a certification profile

I want to schedule my MS-900 Exam, but i run into the following error:

Sorry, we could not complete the action you specified due to a service interruption. Try again and if the issue persists contact customer support.

This is because there is no certification profile connected to my Learn account, and i can't find any way to create one. The system is just sending me in loops and the documentation pages about this issue we're not helpful at all.

I've been using this email address all my life, so i do not plan to create a separate account for just my certifications.
