These are just reports that can be scheduled like other reports.
To schedule them, you need to either:
- Have the individual user create a subscription to the report
- Have the administrator create a subscription for the user

Before you can do this though, you need to:
- Configure email for the report server: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/reporting-services/subscriptions/e-mail-delivery-in-reporting-services?view=sql-server-ver16
- Make sure the report is connected to a data source that can work when the user is not connected live.
