Had issues with the certification profile and Certificates got expired without able to access portal

Hello Team,

I am having certification profile created with my outlook mail id. but I can get the communications through gmail.com mail id.

However, Recently I am unable to see any certificates if i login using my gmail account and it is also linked to my office account.

All my certificates are showing up in outlook.com profile and I am unable to link my work email id or personal account to outlook.com account.

Hence recently my 2 certification exams got expired as i couldn't see the option from my mail id.

Please let me to renew my certifications again.
