I was scheduled to take my Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals AI900 exam today at pm 11:00 IST but could not proceed due to Govt ID card verification issue.

Question

so i had my exam at 11;00 pm and the proctor didnt allow me to sit due to the fact that my aadhaar didnt follow certian of there id policy but thats the orignal aadhar card i have there and i also had a passport but unfortunately its expired, i contacted pearson vue and after 30 minutes of talking the conclusion was they cant do anything from their site and recommeded me to ask about it to microsoft , i am confused what should i do and i got the test from the AI challenge and its expiring on 24 june in 3 days , is there any way i can give the test ( i dont know why my aadhaar was not accepted even though its orignal, they said it should have a ghost image and a hologram , but indian adhaar dont have that features0 please help....
