hi i need help i have a aorus z590 ultra and 1080ti, windows 11 (this problem is only my pc and not other devices on the wifi)
after i activate windows (atleast thats what i bring it down too cause thats when i noticed the problem) my wifi is much much worse than normal to the point where i cant play online games without it disconnecting me. now i have an wifi antenna for my mouther board which may be causing the problem but i think its either driver problems. or the other thing i thought of is that after i activated windows it turned off a setting that my wifi antenna relied on or my wifi relied on to be sufficient. or it could be a driver problem but i used driver easy and that didnt fix the problem. either way what ever happened needs to be fixed and i need help please

Visit Gigabyte's support site and download the latest Wi-Fi drivers for your AORUS Z590 ULTRA.

If required uninstall the old network driver first.

    Hello,

Disable power-saving mode: Sometimes, Windows power-saving settings can affect the performance of Wi-Fi. To check this:

    a. Open the Device Manager by right-clicking on the Start button and selecting Device Manager.

    b. Expand the Network adapters section.

    c. Right-click on your Wi-Fi adapter and select Properties.

    d. In the Properties window, go to the Power Management tab.

    e. Uncheck the option “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power”.

    f. Click OK to save the changes.

Reset network settings: You can try resetting the network settings in Windows. To do this:

    a. Open the Settings app by pressing Windows key + I.

    b. Go to Network & Internet.

    c. On the Status tab, scroll down and click on Network reset.

    d. Click on Reset now and follow the on-screen instructions.

Meanwhile, I suggest that check for update, if any update could be found, install it firstly, the check if it works fine.

    Best Regards,

    Hania Lian
