Bizz Micro365 authenticator loop login issues

Question

I have Micro365, I use it everyday on my.work laptop. When I try to login w any other laptop or my phone I get sent into a loop w the authenticator. Try to log in it says check my authenticator for the verification code I go to authentra cater app it asked me to login then it opens up the same screen I was trying to log into for 365 asking me for a code from authenticator which I am in . If I back out it will tell me there's been an error other times it will tell me I don't have an account. I have uninstalled and reinstall the authenticator app. I'm at a loss

I’m having the same exact problem. I’ve deleted the app, my account, completely started over, and I’m still stuck in this never ending loop without access to my work account.
