Issue in rescheduling azure fundamentals exam.

I was not able to reschedule my Azure Fundamentals exam. when i try to reschedule, it is showing an error "We did not find an appointment for you or there might be issue with your appointment. please contact support". how can i fix this problem to reschedule my exam slot. please help me to resolve this.IMG_20240622_105447
