Teams on mac: Powerpoint presenter mode gives empty slide for viewers, on windows it works

Teams on Mac 1.3

When trying to use the presenter mode for Powerpoint, by selecting the Powerpoint presenting window to share, and then choosing the presenter view to move around, the slide is completely white or completely red for the viewers. When using the non-presenter mode it all works fine. Also on Window this perfectly works fine. It fails on two different Macs (Cataline and Big Sur). As they are both up-to-date, I cannot check if an old version does work...

Anybody any idea? Or did it work in the past?

    Hi @Hugo Logmans ,

Does anyone else have the same issue in your organization?

What is your version of Teams client?

To exclude the issue on Teams client, we recommend you try to login in Teams web client to see if this issue still persists.

Besides, please try to clean your Teams client cache file and restart it again. For more details, you can learn it from:
