News webpart - format of dates

Question

I'm using OOTB news webpart to present the news on our intranet home page. Is there any way to make the format of date displayed in webpart consistent? Some dates are displayed as: October 28 and the others as: Oct 16, 2020? See the screen. Both news comes from the same site

In my test, I can reproduce your problem. The date of some news will have a year, and the date format of all the years will change.

As far as I know, the news in the news web part comes from the site page library, and the creation date and modification date all use the same date format, which is not normal.
