the software change returned error code 0x87D00669 ( Semi-annual 1908 MS Office app update)

Recently IT deployed this update to multiple pc on different sites. some computers updated without any issues but many gave this error the software change returned error code 0x87D00669.
nothing that im doing is working. every time i try install it, it keeps failing.

    Hi @Ernest ,

    The error code of 0x87D00669 means that it is not able to get software updates content locations at this time, and the client can't find the update in the DP's.
    Please make sure our package is distributed and boundaries set up.

    Besides, we could check ContentTransferManager.log and LocationServices.log, here is the example about downloading successfully by ContentTransferManager.log:

    this is boundary group issue

    Looking at the logs, it stated "calling back with empty location"
    we discovered that the boundaries were not set for this location.
    after we added the site to the DP,
    the office 365 updated without any issues.
