how to get my certification

Hi

I received my Microsoft certification ID " Excel 2019 Associate " and my temporary access code by email from CERTIPORT, I entered my code to add my achievement to my profile but I couldn't it showed me this message "We cannot find this code in our system"

So what can i do?
