Microsoft login problem arises after registering for a tournament in discord.

I registered for a Minecraft Hypixel tournament on a person's appeal in discord with channel name Hypixel tourney. After that he said that I am still not registered try again. I tried again and again but it started showing that it's not an appropriate email. After some time I tried to login on my mobile phone but it keeps showing that account does not exist. But when I try to recreate using same email it shows account already exist. If anyone can help me regarding this problem I will be very thankful to him as I have my Minecraft account there and got it from much struggle.In advance Thank You

Please confirm that you already have a Microsoft account with the same email address as the one you want to create. If you already have an account, you can use that account to sign in without creating a new one. You can complete the sign-in process by resetting your password or changing your password.

If you are unable to resolve the issue you are experiencing, please complete the account recovery process through the Sign-in Assistant and Account Recovery Form.

Hello @Robin Sheng-MSFT .I appreciate your response. But the fact is that I got a tournament registration link on join from a person when I registered there. He said that you are not registered even I put in verification code there. But later when I tried to register it said this email format is not supported. For that moment I left that but later when I tried to login to my Microsoft account it said that this account does not exist. Before this incident I was able to login anywhere on Microsoft platforms and played my game without any problems. I also have tried to recover it but it just pop up that account does not exist. Luckily I put my recovery account just before a week of this incident and now when I try to reset my username it says you already have an account on this recovery email so you can use that. Now I have closed that account and it will take 1 month to completely close that account and I will try after that. Wherever I put my login email it just says email does not exist and when I try to create new one on the same email it pops up that account already exist. I will appreciate your response and am hoping for a reply that can help me out. Also thank you.
