Hi All,

Over the past few days and today, my access to Portal Azure has been slow. I tried pinging the porta.azure.com site and got this error. Please check and assist with this issue.

Thanks.

    Hi Nhan Nguyen,

Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

There are TTL (Time to Live) expired messages during the test, indicating that the packets are being dropped before reaching the destination. However, you are still receiving replies with an average round-trip time of 84ms which indicates no packet loss. pings are not getting lost, the slowness might not be related to network connectivity but good to validate the following points as well...

    • Clear your browser cache. Try accessing the portal in incognito mode or a different browser. Ensure your browser is up to date.
    • Restart your router/modem. Check if other devices on the same network are experiencing similar issues.
    • Run a speed test to ensure your internet connection is performing well.
    • Check if your region is affected with slowness by checking in the azure status page.
    • Run a traceroute

If none of the above helped, i would suggest raising a case with azure support.
