    Hi Nilanshu AI,

Thanks for your post. This issue may be caused by a power-saving feature that turns off the Wi-Fi adapter when the device is in sleep mode. To resolve this issue, you can try the following steps:

    1. Open the Device Manager by pressing the Windows key + X and selecting Device Manager from the menu.
    2. Expand the Network adapters section and locate your Wi-Fi adapter.
    3. Right-click on the Wi-Fi adapter (Qualcomm(R) WIFI B/G/N/AC) and select Properties.
    4. Click on the Power Management tab.
    5. Uncheck the box that says, "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power."
    6. Click OK to save the changes.

You need also check Windows update on your Notebook.

    1. Go to Settings.
    2. Click Windows Update.
    3. Select Check for Windows updates.
    4. Click Install Now if updates are available.

If the issue still persists, we will be going to refresh the network driver on your notebook.

    1. Open the Device Manager by pressing the Windows key + X and selecting Device Manager from the menu.
    2. Expand the Network adapters section and locate your Wi-Fi adapter.
    3. Right-click on the Wi-Fi adapter (Qualcomm(R) WIFI B/G/N/AC) and select uninstall.
    4. Then do not put any check mark that say complete delete. Just click uninstall or okay below.
    5. Then, restart the Surface to apply changes.
    6. Once the device is on install again the WIFI and then observe if the issue is fix.

    Best Regards,

    Ian Xue
