Reg. the error while scheduling AI-900 Exam

I have completed the Microsoft Challenge and received the voucher code valid until 6/24/2024. But when I tried to schedule the exam through Pearson Vue website. I am getting the following error message when I select the exam. This is even before entering the coupon code.
