Unable to close my Azure account

Hi Azure team,

I have mistakenly created three azure accounts, and now I want to close the other two. However, I am struggling with this as i have a domain: shebuilds666.onmicrosoft.com. My user is identified as principle and failed to delete as per screenshot.

And in microsoft admin center, i am unable to modify this domain at all, without modifying then I am unable to delete the user and it became a loop now.

I have followed the instructions and deleted all users, groups, subscriptions, resource groups, except for above user.

Have you checked if there are any applications in your Azure AD that use the custom domain name?

Ensure that the custom domain (shebuilds666.onmicrosoft.com) is not set as the primary domain in your Azure AD. You cannot delete a primary domain. The primary domain is the default domain name for new users when you create them. If it’s set as the primary domain, you won’t be able to remove it.
