Language not available

I've downloaded the officesetup.exe to install Project 2016, when first running it asked for a language, so i selected English UK. The setup then says "Language not available" with no option to change.

If I close and reopen the installer, it goes straight to the language no available, with no way to change the language. I'm at a loss for what to do and I need this to work urgently

    Used the office configuration tool to set the language to en-us

    Go to this webpage and selected the program I'm trying to install and changed the language to English (United States), then export:

    https://config.office.com/deploymentsettings

    Saved the file as Configuration.xml in the same location as OfficeSetup.exe

    Open CMD and navigate to the folder containing them

    Lastly run the command OfficeSetup.exe /configuration Configuration.xml
