Unable to access school account due to authenticator failure

I need access my urgent school account but whenever i try to sign in, it display the authenticator number but i do not get any notification or code on my mobile device(s). Then when i try to login to my authenticator school account it then again takes me to a verification page. It is very confusing and nothing seems to work.If i try to sign in some other way it takes me back to the authenticator app which is paradoxical. Please help ASAP! It would be greatly appreciated. I did change a device but it logged me out of all my devices.
