How is the estimated time to read calculated?

For a page like: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/modules/deploy-microsoft-365-apps-enterprise/6-deploy-apps-enterprise-from-local-source it suggests it should take 2 minutes to read, however I think that is unrealistic.

I just started my first module and couldn't help notice how off this was. Not only is the regular reading speed not correct but if someone is trying to learn the material the reading speed should be dramatically reduced however I'm finding that the estimated times are way off. Perhaps they're average measuring time is based on professional speed readers. Lol.
