I have created a custom connector in MS teams which generates unique connector url with following format:
https://{tenant_name}.webhook.office.com/webhookb2/{SOME_GUID}@{tenant_id}/{SOME_GUID}/{connector_id}/{user_id}
Are there any API or SDK methods available that I can utilize to retrieve channel information using the connector_id? This includes details such as the team and channel names, conversation ID, and more.

The connector_id is typically used to send messages to the channel and doesn't provide a reverse lookup capability.
