We can't get mail from two organizations (domains)

THE ORGANIZATIONS ALSO SEND THE EMAILS TO OUR GMAIL AND THAT'S HOW WE RECEIVE THEM.

How can this be arranged?

How can I talk to a person from support team ?

I always get to AI :-(

According to your description, you are currently unable to accept emails from two organizations (domains), while rejected emails are also forwarded to Gmail.

For that issue, I would like to confirm with you:

Are you using Exchange on-premise or Exchange online?

If it is one of them, we suggest you navigate to Mail flow->Rules in Exchange Admin Center to see if there is any relevant mail flow rule that prevents emails from these two organizations from being redirected to Gmail.

Are you using Outlook client? If so, we recommend that you navigate to Files->Manage Rules & Alerts to see if there are inbox rules set up to prevent emails from these two organizations from being redirected to Gmail.

are these the only two organizations (domains) that have the issue? Do others have the same situation?

I hope you can provide more information about the issue so that I can troubleshoot the issue more clearly.

Thank you for your reply

We are using Microsoft 365 Business account Premium‎.

We checked with these two organizations, they do not get NDR bounce messages.

We checked both our Outlook client and Outlook Web , we getting the same case.

We do not have a rloe for forword the email to Gmail ( Mail flow->Rules in Exchange Admin Center ) we asked them to input our privet Gmail on CC.

These the only two organizations (domains) that have the issue.

Both domains are whitelisted.

It is recommended that you ask the sender to enable pipeline tracing to monitor the status of email transmission. However, the log generated by pipeline tracing for a long time will take up a lot of space, so it is recommended that you set a shorter time limit. You can refer to the following steps on how to enable pipeline tracing:

Use Exchange Management Shell to configure the pipeline tracing sender address Set-TransportService Mailbox01 -PipelineTracingSenderAddress ******@contoso.com

Use Exchange Management Shell to specify a custom pipeline tracing folder (optional) Set-TransportService Mailbox01 -PipelineTracingPath "D:\Hub\Pipeline Tracing"

Use Exchange Management Shell to enable pipeline tracing Set-TransportService Mailbox01 -PipelineTracingEnabled $true
