We can't get mail from two organizations (domains)

THE ORGANIZATIONS ALSO SEND THE EMAILS TO OUR GMAIL AND THAT'S HOW WE RECEIVE THEM.

How can this be arranged?

How can I talk to a person from support team ?

I always get to AI :-(
