After installation of the packages by running Digital Signer Service 7.0.1_x64 and Digital Signer Service 4.1.7_x64, the digital signer service is not running?

After installation of the packages by running Digital Signer Service 7.0.1_x64 and Digital Signer Service 4.1.7_x64, the digital signer service is not running. I even tried to uninstall it and found that the repair and modify buttons in the InstallShield are greyed out.

It is pertinent to mention that in the fresh installation of windows, the said services run well. However, after restart or Windows update, the services do not run.

Kindly look into the matter and suggest appropriate measures to have the digital signer service running on Windows even after restart and Windows update. Here I would like to state that no problem is observed on the MAC OS
