How do we use document review in Document Intelligent Studio

Hi There,

Can we extract the data from a design document or Plan document which is mostly text based. These documents have diagrams and Tables with data. This is more textual analysis or document analysis. We need to compare texts and do the review that these documents are meeting compliance requirements. Any directions would be helpful.

You can use Azure Form Recognizer to extract data from design or plan documents that contain text, diagrams, and tables. To extract data from your documents, you can try using the prebuilt Layout Analysis model, which is designed to extract tables, lines, words, and more. You can also use the General Document model to analyze and extract text, tables, structure, key-value pairs, and named entities.

You can also try using Custom model to analyse and extract fields from documents specific to your business to create a document processing solution.
