SCCM updates showing compliant even not installed

Question

I deployed some software updates through SUG to some clients, but upon checking, the updates are not installed on the client machines. However, the deployment still shows as compliant. Why is this happening?

The compliant in deployment has two meanings:

1. The update is required for the clients and installed successfully.
2. The update is not required for the clients, your description is more like this.
