Sorry, but we’re having trouble signing you in. AADSTS50020: User account 'social@unusualhr.com' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft Services' and cannot access the application '0a2057a8-149c-40ca-859e-98de032535fb'(Microsoft Azure Marketplace) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.

|How can i proceed further, please help!

    Hi Social Unusual

Ensure you are signed into the correct directory associated with your Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub credits. You can switch directories in the Azure portal:

Click on your profile in the top-right corner.

Select "Switch directory" and choose the correct directory.Untitled

Sometimes, clearing the browser cache and cookies can resolve login issues. Try clearing your browser cache or using an incognito window to sign in again.

    or
Ensure that the account social@unusualhr.com is correctly associated with the Azure Active Directory tenant that has access to the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub.

Get in touch if you need more help with this issue.
