I am not able to turn window features on or off

I am trying to turn windows features on or off but I get a popup "Restrictions - This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator"

We are a small Company and do not have a system administrator - I am the one.

    Hello,

    Try checking what this group policy is set for.

    Open GPEDIT.

    Start, Run: GPEDIT.msc

    goto ComputerConfiguration\Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Add Features to Windows 10:

    Check what the policy setting for "Prevent the wizard from running.

    It should be set to Not configured or Disabled.
