    Hello Mehdi BOUBEHIRA,

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A and thank you for posting your questions here.

    Problem

I understand that you would like to know more about the Worker Size of P0V3, PremiumV3.

    Solution

It is I1, which represents the small worker size in the IsolatedV2 tier. The "?????????????" in the table refers to the "Isolated" tier, also known as "IsolatedV2". The Isolated tier is designed for mission-critical applications that require secure network isolation and maximum scalability.

In order words, the worker size for the P0V3 tier in Azure App Service corresponds to the ExtraSmall option. When creating or scaling an app to the Premium V3 tier, you can specify the desired worker size using the appropriate Azure CLI or PowerShell commands.

To read more about the above you can use this link: Configure Premium V3 tier - Azure App Service. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/app-service/app-service-configure-premium-tier.
