Document Intelligence: Neural Quota issues

Question

I'm getting the following error:

DocumentModelLimitNeural Account cannot create more than 20 custom neural models per month. Please contact support to request additional capacity.

However I'm trying to create my first model.

Yes, this is the current limit of the custom neural model for standard pricing tier.

Neural models training count is reset every calendar month. Open a support request to increase the monthly training limit.

Try to check your pricing tier & quota limits and if you still face issue, please raise a support ticket in the Azure portal for deeper investigation on the same.

As it says i guess you are hitting the limits for using the additional quota

as you say that this is the first deployment i suggest you to raise a req to get additional quota.
