I created a Microsoft forms for employees of our company to fill out. I am not the overall admin but I have my own Microsoft account through my admin. I created a form and gave collaborator access to my supervisor. However, when a response is submitted he is not able to open the files attached to the response. He is able to view and edit the form and view the responses aside from the attachments. Both of us need to be able to open up the photos attached to the response without needing permission.
Make him an admin then only he will be able to access the attachments
