How can I ensure my Microsoft account won’t ever be charged in Azure?

How can I be sure that it’s not possible to get a charge on my Azure account? I deleted my subscription and removed my payment method, but is there theoretically a way that if my account was compromised, someone could start a new subscription that generates an invoice that I would be responsible for?
