Need guidance in resolving Azure APIM Backend Validation issue

I have been encountering validation issues with Azure APIM backend over the past couple of days. 

After troubleshooting our infrastructure code, it appears that APIM has enabled backend validation behind the scenes, preventing us from adding or editing a URL with a query string.

However, if we remove the query string from the backend URL (anything after the ?), the backend URL updates successfully. It appears that Microsoft has enabled a validation check on backend URLs that prevents URLs with query strings from being accepted.

Please note that this also applies to all existing backend URLs. If you attempt to update any backend URL, whether for a Logic App Standard or not, APIM will not allow the update and will return the above validation error."

Can you please advise the workaround? i.e., what's the best way to append Query string parameter in here?
